A fan of controversial rock star Zemfira in Rostov-on-don has filed a lawsuit against the singer for the inflicted moral harm, informs Ozonnews.com.
In the end the man won the case, and the singer Zemfira has to pay him 300 thousand rubles.
An unpleasant incident occurred at one of the concerts of the Russian stars in Georgia a few years ago.
But resentful admirer of a celebrity appealed to the court only recently.
At trial, the man alleged that the singer really had hurt his feelings during the concert: another request from the audience “come on Daisy!” she swore obscenely and shouted into the microphone: “I’m so ladies, can’t take it!”.
The plaintiff’s lawyer also said that this amount is just compensation, but the issue of hooliganism is still open.
In addition, the lawyer is hoping to help the police in this difficult matter.
Note that later Zemfira asked forgiveness from the abuser for their uncontrolled rudeness.
