Nicole Kidman and Keith urban decided to help Australian fire and donate 500 000 dollars because their house is in great danger!
In September 2019, the year the fires, which killed at least 17 people and burned more than 11 million hectares.
As stated by a representative of Nicole Kidman in the media: “In memory of the victims of the devastating fires in Australia, the famous couple Nicole Kidman and Keith urban made the decision to donate the fire service in rural areas of Australia”.

On Saturday, one day prior to the award ceremony “Golden globe”, 52-year-old Kidman was visibly upset when he was present at the event “gold medal” in Beverly hills, during which the star of the American drama series “Big little lies” TV channel HBO, was nominated for best actress on television. The series, told reporters: “I’m so sorry, I was so distracted by what is happening in Australia. This may not leave a person indifferent.”
“The support of our family, thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by the fires across Australia. We have donated $ 500,000 to the fire service in a rural area that is now doing everything possible to prevent negative consequences”, — said Kidman on Saturday in Instagram.
52-year-old Keith urban born in New Zealand and raised in Australia, also shared the same statement on his page in Instagram.
Celebrities, including singer Pink and Australian actress Celeste Barber promise to help those who suffered from forest fires which claimed the lives of at least 17 people and burned Land area of more than 11 million acres since its inception in September.
Since more than 130 fires continue to burn, ecologists from the University of Sydney believe that since September, the fire killed nearly half a billion mammals, birds and reptiles.

Last Wednesday — a day after it was reported the peak time, which was considered the deadliest day after the fire, Australia has deployed military ships and planes to help the victims and needy communities. As of last Thursday, only in New South Wales worked the 2000 fire, and the additional aid sent from the United States, Canada and New Zealand.

Millions of acres of land across the continent was also destroyed by fire, including 8.9 million acres of land in New South Wales, 2.9 million acres in Western Australia, 1.9 million acres in Victoria, not less than 618 000 acres in Queensland and more than 225,000 acres in South Australia, according to CNN.
