In recent years Cameron Diaz does not focus on an acting career, and the knowledge itself. The star shares with the world: she published a book The Body Book about love to your own body, and then The Longevity Book: Live Stronger, Live Better; The Art of Ageing Well, is devoted to age-related changes.
The aging actress is not afraid and speaks openly about it. In another interview, timed to the release of a new book, Cameron candidly said, why not going through because of his age, and at the same time criticized the Hollywood film industry, in which reigns cult of youth:
We impose the myth that old age is ugly and that the older you get, the less opportunities you have. Age-related changes appear only in a negative way, but if you don’t grow up at all, there is only one alternative, and quite sad,
– said the star.
Cameron does not agree to accept your age, focusing on stereotypes, and considers maturity a wonderful time:
Yeah, my youth is gone, but there is nothing to worry. Of course, in the movies 20 years ago I look completely different than it is now, but that’s life, it’s natural, and I’m not focused on the external changes.

Diaz already admitted that now feels and understands himself better, in my 20. The actress tries to live in harmony with themselves and the body: eat right, exercise and spiritual practices and surround yourself with positive energy. To this attitude it came largely thanks to her husband, 37-year-old Benji Madden, whom she married in January last year.

Once convinced childfree, now the actress does not exclude the possibility of one day being a mom:
Now I can give a child than when I was 25 years old.
However, according to rumors, getting pregnant while Cameron is not: in the new book the actress advises women not to delay conceiving, then bitterly to regret it.
